A Victorian Sterling Silver gilt posy holder made in London 1865. Formed as a trumpet shaped vase on a tripod, the 3 legs spring out when released from the catch at the bottom of the vase. There is a pin at the mouth of the vase which pierce the stem of the flower and keep it in place.
