A Victorian Sterling Silver gilt posy holder made in London 1862. Set with two bands of turquoise. Formed as a trumpet shaped vase on a tripod, the 3 legs spring out when released from the catch at the bottom of the vase. There are two pins at the mouth of the vase which pierce the stem of the flower and keep it in place.
