Which payment methods can I use?

All major credit cards, including American Express, bank transfer, cheque, travellers cheques, bank draft provided they are in UK sterling. In addition, we use Sagepay, a secure online payment gateway to process online transactions. 

When will the item be received?

Normally within 5 - 7 working days of the receipt of cleared funds for UK based orders.

How much will shipping cost?

Please note that shipping to Europe and USA are FREE OF CHARGE. For other destinations please email us on

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

We offer a 7 day no quibble return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs and a 5% handling charge to cover expenses. Goods must be in the same condition as when they were shipped.
